PonloAI is a family coordination dashboard that provides calendar management, photo sharing, task tracking, and other organizational tools designed for family use. The Service integrates with Google Calendar and other third-party services to provide a unified family dashboard.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Workspace Access

Each workspace is designed for a single family or household. Users must be invited to join a workspace. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of family coordination and not for commercial or unauthorized purposes.

5. Google Calendar Integration

When connecting your Google Calendar:

• You grant us permission to access your calendar data as specified
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings
• We will only access calendars you explicitly authorize
• We do not share your calendar data with third parties

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, tasks, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload all content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users
